Sabrina Dove is the Founder and Principal Executive Search Partner of Pacific Search Firm, which she launched in 2015 to support clean energy and clean technology companies through high-impact executive and senior leadership hiring.
Sabrina works closely with early-stage founders, growth-stage leadership teams, and venture capital partners to drive critical appointments across commercial, technical, and operational functions.
She stays actively engaged with the clean energy community by hosting in-person round table discussions with startup leaders in San Francisco, speaking at key industry events, and maintaining close relationships with top-tier talent.
Sabrina also advises venture firms on recruitment strategy. Her approach is grounded in professionalism, discretion, and a deep respect for the relationships that drive long-term success.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a master’s degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
