Sabrina Dove is the Principal and Lead Recruitment Consultant of Pacific Search Firm, which she founded in 2015. Sabrina supports companies to deliver and to manage critical appointments.
She stays deeply connected to the pulse of the climate and energy fields by leading and facilitating in person round table discussions with founders and leaders in San Francisco, speaking at key events, and actively engaging with top talent.
Sabrina also serves as a recruitment advisor to venture capital companies. She prides herself on integrity and professionalism and places a high priority on relationships.
She earned her bachelor's degree in industrial labor relations from Cornell University and her master's degree in international relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
